Shipping

We use UPS and USPS depending upon your location and order size. Orders of stock plates will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 5 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location.

Plates that indicate "made to order" on the product description can take up to 2 weeks to ship. (EG:  My plate, MD, Diabetes and Paleo.)

If you order a "made to order" plate and a stock plate together, they will ship separately.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase (customized individual and bulk orders are non-returnable). The customer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling fees. Please send an email to info@thebalanceplate.com to receive a return authorization number.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Companies and organizations purchasing bulk orders may be billed with a purchase order upon approval.
